What is more,it is a one man show:

Philip Baker Hall is the only Super Actor that is in the superb cast!
He plays one of the most intriguing, complex, vilified, troubled, loathed, but also admired characters in recent history:

Richard Nixon

Now that Trump seems to have surpassed with brio the contempt which the resigning leader has shown for opponents, the law, prestige of the office and so much more, including common sense and decency, the Nixon saga is again mentioned in public.
My conclusion is that Nixon was many times the man and leader that this lousy fool that rules the free world today is.

For all his flaws, the ousted president has had intelligence, vision, the courage to move strategically towards China, traveling to meet Mao and thus finding a way to put the enemy, the Soviet Union, at a serious disadvantage.
If only for that, he would still deserve praise.

Yes, Watergate was a disgrace.
But dishonor and shame is what the current occupant of the White House brings upon his office on a daily basis.

The latest example?
Look at how he deals with...the weather!

Yes, the weather...
Just like a banana republic dictator, he wants employees of the weather service to be forbidden to contradict him.

The great leader has made a blunder with Alabama and the Dorian hurricane.
First, he has never heard of a category five hurricane!

Only he has had four only during his lamentable term!
And he is recorded repeating this stupid mantra!

Which means this man has lost it and he persists in his error, just like the one where he included Alabama in the warning and then went on falsifying, lying about something that he should have stopped.

But, as in the case with Tim Cook aka Tim Apple for this demented clown, he keeps creating stupid fantasies.
Over and over.

In contrast, looking at Nixon in Secret Honor, we see a complicated human being, in spite of his flaws, that leader has had many merits, apart from the aforementioned move towards China.
The current man in the White House has no honor.

Secret or otherwise!
