Murder Mystery by James Vanderbilt
6 out of 10
This comedy seems to have broken some Netflix audience record.
Was it for the opening audience...some tens of millions tuned in?
Alas, the film is pathetic.
It is awkward, at times it even makes one uncomfortable to see the giant who can be so brilliant in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, reduced to the role of Malcolm Quince.
Terence Stamp is the iconic artist in question.
Also, David Walliams is outstanding in Little Britain, but has nothing to work with in this rather ludicrous Murder Mystery.
There is nothing to add to a rather short, unhappy conclusion...
Better look on Netflix for Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and Little Britain and forget about Murder Mystery.
