With that word, we could conclude the note on this feature.

I could add though that this is one of the worst films I have seen in a long time.
Razzie material definitely.

Only for that ceremony they pick some more distinguished, well known figures to make fun of.
The script is lamentable, the acting is artificial and it could serve as a lesson in 

How not to do it.

Perhaps the intent to use satire to point out some frequent human flaws might have been laudable.
But:

Hell is paved with good intentions

To add the details of the plot seems useless.
Only in conclusion there should be a caveat:

I could only resist through perhaps fifteen minutes of this ridiculous proposition.
So there is a possibility that after this part, there is a miracle - which seems to be somehow suggested in the presentation of the yarn - and the loathsome plastic surgeon becomes a character you want to watch, instead of look anywhere but at him and some of the other terrible personages populating the screen, and the drama suddenly becomes The Age of Innocence, Some Like It Hot, Goodfellas or who knows what other chef d'oeuvre at yours truly has been to dumb to remark.

History of the World by Mel Brooks seemed outre, with its Miracle horse, bored emperor and anachronisms, but it is established as one of the best comedies ever made.
