Alas, this viewer is unable to list them.
Yes, we have Daniel Craig, Sam Rockwell, Harrison Ford in the cast.
This would be in fact under misused talent and resources.
Anyway, there is much more to speak of the presence of:
Olivia Wilde!
She has a magnetic presence. Indeed, the only reason this cinephile kept watching- for some minutes, not more - was her reality distortion field.
Like the late Steve Jobs, Olivia Wilde is capable to change reality.
The film is flawed, but some of the audience will keep watching her
